Refund Policy (For Domestic Orders):
Kaliba Fashion does not offer refunds. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may:

  • Exchange the product with another item, or

  • Get a coupon (store credit) for future use.

Please note:

  • The coupon will be issued after deduction of shipping charges from the original order.

  • In case of product exchange, the customer will need to pay shipping charges again for the second (exchanged) product.

Return Conditions (Domestic Orders):

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For International Orders:

  • No refund, return, or exchange is available for international orders under any circumstances.
